My approach is non-judgmental and a safe space to reflect, learn, and grow as you develop the skills necessary for fulfilling relationships.

ALL SESSIONS ARE VIRTUAL

 I offer a supportive environment where couples can communicate openly, feel heard and validated. During your consultations, I listen actively, identify areas for growth, and provide non-judgmental feedback and guidance. I also offer tools and assign homework in between sessions. Sessions are based on a Conscious-Focused approach allowing room for improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust. Let's work together to put your relationship on track for building a stronger, and more satisfying relationship.

The Conscious-Focused Premarital Workshops is an educational and interactive program designed to prepare couples for marriage. This workshop covers topics such as communication, conflict resolution, financial management, sex and intimacy, family planning, and expectations. The workshop is facilitated by Senovia Ross, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and Sexologist with over 20 years of experience. She uses various teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, and

conscious-focused exercises.
